He has served as an executive, board member, board chairman, and business advisor for closely-held, family, public, and divisional companies ranging from $2 million to $2 billion in revenue. His experience spans manufacturing, food service, broker-dealer, technology, professional services, and workplace diversity industries.

Board Engagement

Tony is past Chairman of the Board of Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO).
He is a past board member for Duke Manufacturing, designer and manufacturer of food service equipment products.
He is past Chairman of the Board for the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA). During his tenure as Board Chair, the organization underwent its most significant strategic changes: the introduction of a new business model, a new brand strategy, and a new governance model.
He has served on board Compensation, Finance, Retirement Plan and Diversity committees and served on several CEO advisory panels and roundtables.

Public Speaking

Tony is a national speaker at leadership events, retreats, and group meetings.
He is a recurring speaker for FamilyLife’s nationwide “Weekend to Remember”® marriage conferences to audiences from 500 to 1,800.
He has been invited to participate on several executive panels including Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Leadership Panel, Kettering Executive Summit, and MFHA’s Diverse Executives Panel.

Tony is a Corporate Directors Governance Fellow, a graduate of Wharton’s Executive Education Program, has practiced as a CPA, earned NASD Series 27, 24, 7 & 63 licenses, and holds a BBA in Accounting, with honors. Tony and his wife, married for over 35 years, reside in Atlanta, Georgia and have two adult children.
