Tony possesses over 30 years of experience creating value in organizations. He has served as executive, board member, board chairman, and business advisor for closely-held, family, public, and divisional companies ranging from $2 million to $2 billion. His diverse experience spans manufacturing, food service, technology, investments, professional services and workplace diversity industries. He offers this broad background to you, to help transform your organization.

Board Engagement

Tony is Chairman of the Board of Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO).
He is a past board member for Duke Manufacturing, designer and manufacturer of over 4,500 food service equipment products.
He is past Chairman of the Board for the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance (MFHA). During his term as Board Chair, the organization underwent its most significant strategic changes: the introduction of a new business model, a new brand strategy, and a new governance model.
He has also advised for CEO Netweavers Inflection Point, a CEO advisory panel, and has served on several board Compensation, Finance, Retirement Plan and Diversity committees.

Public Speaking

Tony is a national speaker, including keynotes, at leadership events and retreats.
He has been invited to participate on numerous executive panels including Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Leadership Panel, Kettering Executive Summit, and MFHA’s Diverse Executives Panel.
He is also a recurring speaker for FamilyLife’s nationwide “Weekend to Remember”® marriage conferences for audiences from 500 to 1,800.

Tony is a Corporate Directors Governance Fellow, graduate of Wharton’s Executive Education Program, a CPA, holds a BBA in Accounting, with honors, and has earned NASD Series 27, 24, 7 & 63 licenses. Tony and Venita, married for over 30 years, reside in Atlanta, Georgia and have two adult children.
